As I started my furthering my education in the pursuits of becoming a medical illustrator, I got to the point where I wanted overlap what I have learned with my usual illustration approach. I decided to go with something similar to a ‘Beauchene Skull model’ and naturally I thought it would look cool with a hockey puck coming out of the skulls forehead. In retrospect the hockey puck might of be unnecessary but I thought the end product made for an interesting illustration.
